As part of the Group’s vision to extend our capabilities in the Built Environment (BE) sector, it set in motion the construction of our own Integrated Construction and Prefabrication Hub (ICPH) in 2015. The ICPH serves as a highly automated offsite manufacturing facility that embraces Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) technologies at the heart of our operation.

Today, Precast Concrete provides full-fledged prefabrication products and services for the entire construction value chain.

As a forward-looking organisation, we continue to break new ground with our in-house R&D capabilities and work closely with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHL), Government Agencies, and Industry Partners to continuously explore innovative and sustainable solutions for our BE. We are the leading choice to bring the buildings of tomorrow into today’s reality.
