As part of Soilbuild Construction’s plans to expand its business operations overseas, Design & Build division was one of the new business units created that was spearheaded by a team of experienced professionals.

Design & Build is a delivery model that provides a single point of accountability for overall planning, coordination and control of a project from inception through to completion stage – by taking on the roles of a designer, construction manager and main contractor. The business arm is responsible for the complete process of developing and customising concepts from clients into a detailed design fit for the authorities’ approval and end-to-end construction. The work involves design and landscape conceptualization, construction methodology, sequencing, cost analysis, project consultancy and project management.
